Gettysburg Signs vs. Dr. Walter Powell/HARB
At the left column, you are able to follow the Abuse of Power demonstrated by Dr. Walter Powell as the head of the Historical Architectural Review Board of Gettysburg.
Walt has consistently been guilty of Selective Enforcement of the rules and regulations set forth by the Borough Council in its Ordinance.
According to the State of Pennsylvania Division of Labor and Industry, Walt Powell has no Code Enforcement powers as of July 2004. In spite of that, he continues to use his position to give out citiations for Code Violations. The public is unaware of his lack of authority, and they bend to his will.
I did not!
We continue to uncover misrepresentation and abuse by his office(s). Walt wears many hats in this Borough, and he is accountable to no one (or so it seems). We intend to bring his actions into public view using this forum.
He is the worst kind of bully... one with an appointed title.
